How to choose a Realtor

Like me at first, many of you are looking to buy a new home or sell your current home, or both! These are big, important life decisions and sometimes its confusing.

You ask yourself . . . How do I find a Realtor? How do I know if they are any good?

First, you want to get a referral from someone you know that has used a realtor or knows someone that can recommend a realtor they used.

Second, you will want to check the Realtor and their company’s credentials to make sure they know what they are doing.

Third, you will want to talk with the Realtor and if you mesh well, you can meet and start making specific plans. to help you buy or sell your home.
